Who runs Paws & Clover

Paws & Clover is a private training-plan service for dog owners. It is not a vet clinic, not a licensed behaviourist and not affiliated with any trainer, app or dog-food brand. Plans do not replace a vet's or a behaviourist's advice.

Operator

Paws & Clover is a brand of Larkfield Works (kissmyapps.ai), a California business. The operator name and address are on every receipt and available on request by email. Support email: support@pawsandclover.com (we reply within 1 business day), the only email domain we write from. Postal address: 1155 4th St, San Francisco, CA 94158.

Who does the work

We're product designers and engineers. We built a system that turns your answers into a trigger distance and a 12-week plan, and a walk log that moves the plan with what you record. Every drill follows published counter-conditioning and desensitisation practice and is on the method page. Nobody reads your log; the rules adjust the plan automatically.

When we say no

If your dog has bitten and broken skin, we do not sell the plan. We tell you to see a veterinary behaviourist first. A dog in pain or a dog that has snapped gets extra distance and a vet-check note.

Payments

Payments run on Stripe Checkout. We never see or store your card number. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear when your device supports them.

Your data

We store your dog's answers, your email and your walk log so you can come back to your plan. We do not sell them. Details on the privacy page. Sub-processors: Cloudflare (hosting, database), Stripe (payments), an email sender.

Check us before you buy

Do the free check first: it needs no email or card, and shows your dog's trigger distance and three days of drills. Read the refund policy and the sample plan week. We will never ask for payment by gift card, wire or app transfer.

Spot a fake

We only email from our own domain, never ask for a password and never call you. A message that claims to be from us and does any of that is not us.
